Attorney J. Matthew Wolfe has been active in Republican politics since he was an undergraduate at Penn. He currently is the Republican Ward Leader in Philadelphia’s 27th Ward and he tells Delaware Valley Journal’s Linda Stein the Philly GOP sees opportunity ahead. While the city isn’t going to flip to red any time soon, there are Republican voters that can be turned out to help Trump carry Pennsylvania, and possibly win a legislative seat or two.
